Returns & Exchanges Policy

All pieces are made to order and produced one by one in our Puerto Rico studio.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns, as we do not carry overstock or mass-produced inventory.

Alterations

If a piece requires a minor adjustment in length or fit, alterations can be done in our physical studio.

Alterations are subject to evaluation and availability.

Exceptional Cases

In very specific situations and at our discretion, we may offer an exchange for another item or store credit.

Each case will be reviewed individually.
