Processing Time

All items are made to order and produced individually in our Puerto Rico studio.

Processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders we are currently working on. Some orders may be completed sooner, while others may require additional time.

Estimated processing time is 7–14 business days.

Shipping

Once an order is completed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup / Studio Services

In-store alterations or services are available only at our physical studio and are subject to availability.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
